The description of the puppy is a _______________________. The puppy will sold for the price of $1,600/$1,700.00
with a deposit of $ 500.00 being made on this date ______________. The balance due of $1,100/$1,200 will be paid at the time
of pickup or mailed in by ____________. If the puppy is not picked up and or paid in full by __________ the seller will
have the right to keep the deposit and resell the puppy. If more time is needed for the puppy to recover from the neuter/spay
this will be allowed without any boarding charges or penalties to the buyer. However payment must be received by _________.The
buyer will get their deposit back if the health or temperament of the chosen puppy were to become unsound. The buyer will
be provided with copies of all health screenings of the parents at the time of pickup. If there is a major catastrophe
in the life of the buyer (loss of job, divorce, death, etc.) a refund of the deposit will be given and the contract canceled
before the time of pickup. The deposit will not be refunded if the buyer changes their mind for reasons other than the
ones stated above and after she has approved the pictures of the pup after the pups 6 week birthday.
It is hereby agreed by both parties that the following conditions will be met and that no other warranties or conditions
are expressed or implied.
This puppy is being sold as a pet and will be neutered/spayed before being transferred to the buyer. This puppy
is not being sold as breeding stock or show potential. It will be sold with limited AKC registration. Copies of both parents
pedigrees will be provided at pickup. A puppy package will be provided that includes: crate, crate mat, leash, collar, comb,
shampoo, conditioner, chew bone, cuddly toy, puppy food, Nature’s Miracle cleaner, Grannicks bitter apple spray, medical
records, puppy information and a book called "Puppies for Dummies". 1st and second shots, 2 wormings, first heart
worm treatment, first monthly flea treatment will be given. Dew claws have already been removed and the pup will be micro-chipped
for identification purposes.
The buyer promises to keep the dog in a proper manner. It shall not be kept permanently in
a kennel. If the buyer becomes unable to care for the dog at a later date the seller agrees to accept the dog back without
questions and without a refund to the buyer. The buyer agrees to not place the dog in a shelter if it becomes unwanted. The
seller will try to answer any questions that arise with puppy care and training issues. The seller has raised the pup in our
home not a kennel. This breeding was done keeping temperament, conformation, and sound health in mind. The seller
guarantees the health of the pup at the time of pickup to be free of genetic and communicable diseases. The seller will replace
the puppy during the first 2 years of the puppy’s life if there would be a genetic defect that would cause the death
of the puppy. A copy of the autopsy must be provided at the Buyer's expense. If the pup develops cataracts or any other genetic
condition that would require surgery before the 2nd birthday, the pup would be replaced or a one time $500.00 refund
to help cover the cost of any surgery the pup may need after the surgery has been performed. If a surgery is needed that
is covered by this contract buyer must provide seller with a copy of the vet bill and allow seller or seller's representative
to speak with the vet that performed the surgery. In the case of juvenile cataracts, a copy of the cerf test must
be provided and the seller reserves the right to have a veterinarian of their choice to perform a second cerf exam. The seller
is not responsible for any vet bills incurred during the life of the dog after the date of transfer. The buyer agrees to take
the pup to a vet within 72 hours of receiving the dog to validate the health guarantee. Neglect of the puppy or maltreatment
by the buyer void the health guarantee. Buyer releases the seller and their estate from any and all liabilities,
and or damages by fault of this dog after the time of sale. These damages include, but are not limited to, destruction of
property, and or physical damage to any person or group of people.
This contract is made in duplicate and with both parties receiving a copy.
